Quickbooks Online connection

Connecting a company in Levelup to Quickbooks Online is straight forward. Each company that you want to bring in from QBO should have a home in Levelup

Setting up QBO Integration

This is really easy. When we first create a company we ask you to connect the accounting software you use. Simply click on the Connect QuickBooks or "+" button and then grant us access. We do the rest.

It should look something like this:

QBO Syncing

We handle an hourly update of the information, however, we know that sometimes you’ll want to make changes and then sync the results. Keep in mind that we will sync back to the earliest change you made in the accounting data.

So if today was 1/24/2025 and you made a change to a transaction in 10/01/2024… we will sync the months that have been impacted since then e.g. October 2024, November 2024, December 2024, and Month to Date January 2025. This means 4 new monthly profit and loss statements and 4 new balance sheets.

We also look for changes in your chart of accounts.
