Profile Settings
Update your name, profile picture, and other personal information.
The Profile Settings page lets you update your personal information that is visible across the Levelup platform.
Accessing Profile Settings
- Click Settings in the sidebar navigation.
- Select Profile (or navigate directly to the profile settings page).
Updating Your Name
Your first and last name are displayed throughout the platform -- in team member lists, activity logs, and shared reports.
- On the Profile Settings page, locate the First Name and Last Name fields.
- Enter your updated name.
- Click Update Profile.
Both fields are required. You will see a confirmation message once the update is saved.
Changing Your Profile Picture
Your profile picture appears next to your name in the sidebar, team member lists, and other areas of the platform.
- On the Profile Settings page, click Select image or click the avatar area.
- Choose a PNG or JPG file from your device (up to 10 MB).
- A preview of the selected image appears immediately.
- Click Update Profile to save the change.
The image is uploaded and processed automatically. If the image cannot be processed, an error message will appear and you can try again with a different file.
What Profile Settings Does Not Include
- Email address: Your email is tied to your authentication account and cannot be changed from this page. Contact support if you need to update your email.
- Password: Password management is handled through the authentication system, not the profile settings page.
- Organization settings: To update your organization name, logo, or other workspace settings, visit Organization > Settings.
