Managing Invitations

View, resend, revoke, and delete pending organization member invitations.

Overview

When you invite someone to join your organization, the invitation remains in a pending state until the recipient accepts it. The Invitations page lets Owners and Admins manage these pending invitations, including resending, revoking, and deleting them.

Accessing the Invitations Page

  1. Navigate to Organization > Invitations.
  2. Alternatively, go to Organization > Members and click the Invitations tab.

Pending Invitations List

The invitations table displays all pending invitations for your organization:

  • Email -- The email address of the invited person.
  • Role -- The role they will be assigned upon accepting (Member or Admin).
  • Status -- Whether the invitation is pending, accepted, or canceled.
  • Expires -- When the invitation link expires.
  • Created -- When the invitation was sent.

Sending a New Invitation

  1. Click the Invite Member button.
  2. Enter the recipient's email address.
  3. Select a role (Member or Admin).
  4. Click Send Invitation.

The invitation email is sent immediately.

Revoking a Pending Invitation

If you want to cancel an invitation before the recipient accepts it:

  1. Find the invitation in the table.
  2. Click the Revoke action in the row's action menu.
  3. The invitation is marked as canceled and the invite link becomes invalid.

The recipient can no longer use the link to join your organization.

Deleting an Invitation

To permanently remove an invitation record:

  1. Find the invitation in the table.
  2. Click the Delete action in the row's action menu.
  3. Confirm the deletion in the dialog that appears.

Deleting an invitation removes it from the table entirely. This is useful for cleaning up old or irrelevant invitation records. The invitation is also canceled as part of the deletion process.

Permissions Required

Only Owners and Admins can access the Invitations page and manage invitations.
