Organization Settings
Update your organization name, logo, contact information, address, and other profile details.
Overview
The Organization Settings page lets Owners and Admins update the organization's profile information. This includes the organization name, logo, contact details, and business metadata. These settings appear throughout the platform and in generated reports.
Accessing Organization Settings
Navigate to Organization > Update Organization (or Organization > Settings).
Editable Fields
Organization Name
The display name for your organization, shown in navigation, reports, and sharing invitations. This field is required.
Slug
A URL-friendly identifier for your organization. The slug is auto-generated from the organization name but can be manually edited. The system checks slug availability in real time to prevent duplicates.
Organization Logo
Upload a logo image (PNG or JPG, up to 15 MB) that appears in the navigation header and on report cover pages.
To upload or change the logo:
- Click Select Logo or click on the current logo preview.
- Choose an image file from your device.
- The image is processed and a preview is shown.
- Save the form to apply the change.
To remove the logo, clear the current image and save.
Country
Select the country where your organization is based. This is used for regional context and display.
Size
Optionally indicate the size of your organization:
- 1-10 employees
- 11-50 employees
- 51-200 employees
- 201-500 employees
- 501+ employees
Address
Enter a physical address for your organization. This appears in your organization profile.
Phone Number
Add a contact phone number for your organization.
Services Provided
Describe the services your organization offers. This is a free-text field useful for identifying your organization's focus area.
Website
Enter your organization's website URL.
Saving Changes
After editing any fields, click Save to apply the changes. A success notification confirms the update. The changes are reflected across the platform immediately.
Click Cancel to discard unsaved changes and return to the home page.
Deleting an Organization
Only the Owner can delete an organization.
- Scroll to the bottom of the settings page.
- Click Delete Organization.
- A confirmation dialog appears. Type the exact organization name to confirm.
- Click Delete to permanently remove the organization.
Deleting an organization removes all associated data, including members, invitations, company associations, and sharing records. This action cannot be undone.
Permissions Required
- Owners and Admins can view and edit organization settings.
- Only Owners can delete the organization.
- Members with the "Member" role cannot access this page.
