Portfolio Dashboard and Views
Navigate the portfolio table, customize columns, save views, filter, sort, and switch to Pulse view.
The portfolio dashboard is your central hub for monitoring all companies in your portfolio. It provides a powerful table view with server-side pagination, column customization, saved views, advanced filtering, and a visual Pulse view mode.
Table View
The default view displays your portfolio companies in a sortable, paginated data table. Each row represents a company, and columns display financial metrics and metadata for the selected date range.
Server-Side Pagination
The portfolio table uses server-side pagination for performance with large portfolios. You can:
- Navigate between pages using the pagination controls at the bottom of the table.
- Change the page size to control how many companies appear per page. Your page size preference is saved per table and persists across sessions.
Sorting
Click any column header to sort the table by that column. Click again to reverse the sort direction. Sorting is handled server-side for accurate results across pages.
Search
Use the search bar to find companies by name. Search works across all pages and combines with any active filters.
Date Range Selection
The month range picker at the top of the dashboard controls which time period the financial data covers.
- Select a start month and end month to define the reporting period.
- The default range covers the current fiscal year (starting January 1) through the previous complete month.
- The date range applies to all financial metrics displayed in the table.
Period-Over-Period Comparison
You can enable a comparison range to see how metrics changed between two time periods:
- Open the month range picker.
- Enable the comparison toggle.
- Select a comparison start and end month.
When comparison is active, applicable columns display both the current value and the change from the comparison period.
